These terms and conditions apply to the Hagy Nice platform and all of its services. "Hagy Nice", "we", and "platform" refer to the hagynice.com website and its official mobile app. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.

• If your internet connection drops during a live game, Hagy Nice reserves the right to settle the bet based on the state of play at that moment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hagy Nice. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Transferring funds through the platform for money laundering or from illegal sources.
• Operating an account under a third party's identity or on their behalf.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.
• Attempting to hack the platform's system or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or acting improperly toward other members.
• Bets connected to match-fixing or manipulation.

Hagy Nice may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If misleading information is found during identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more) — prior notice will be given.
• If the member activates self-exclusion.
• As directed by a regulatory authority.

Members can also request account closure at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance — however, bonus balance will not be returned.
